What is Toffee Making Plants in Confectionery Industry?

Toffee is called soft boiled confectionery made by sugar along with butter and milk. It is popular among young and also with the children.

Toffee manufacturing is an easy process. First all certain ingredients are added in the batch homogenizer to prepare a homogenized mixture. Then mixture put into the toffee cooker. Steam is generated in the boiler having steam pressure. The steam generated is supplied to the Toffee cooker for cooking. Once the desired temperature is achieved, the toffee mass is collected on the water circulating cooling table for cooling. A pulling machine is used to set the toffee batch by which the flavor gets uniformly mixed in the batch. After the toffee mass cools down it is then transferred to the batch former which rolls the batch into a uniform rope and is fed to the rope sizer to form a uniform rope of the required size. The rope is then fed into the automatic cutting & wrapping machine where rope get cut in to the required length and then wrapped with paper automatically to get the final product.

Batch stirrer is used for homogeneous mixing of raw material in bulk. As vacuumisation is not necessary for cooking of toffee mass, this toffee cooker is designed without vacuum. The cooker is suitable for production of various types of toffees. In Tilting Cooling Plate, the second face of the Cooling Plate can be utilized for speedy cooling effect by tilting the plate alternatively by 180. The sugar Pulling Machine can be used for all types of hard & soft sugar confectionary. Rope size machine consists of semi round grooved and knurled rope wheel sets. Adjusting rope wheel set by means of graduated lever which is provided to get various size of rope according to varieties of Toffees and Candies. Toffee rope from rope sizer machine is further preceded into Toffee Cut & Wrap Machine where it is passed through sizing wheel design as per required size of toffee to get final rope size. Blade Grinding Machine is sturdy and versatile also very easy to operate.
