Target Transfers - Custom Printed Digi-Prints Opaque, Metallic And Sub Block Heat Applied Transfers
Target Transfers are publishing a series of articles about the various types of heat transfer systems which are currently available, and by reference to them, customers should be able to get a greater understanding of what is suitable for their requirements and what is achievable using modern heat transfers to decorate garments.
In the last article, Target Transfers dealt with the Standard range of "Digi-Print" heat transfers. This article looks at the "Universal" range of "Digi-Prints", which are generally acknowledged as the Rolls Royce of digitally printed heat transfers.
Universal Opaque Digi-Prints offer full four colour litho printed quality on quantities as little as one with no set up charge. Universal Opaque heat transfers can be applied to virtually all fabrics, including Nylons, Lycra™, Spandex™, Cotton, Polyester, and Blends. The heat transfers are both PVC and Phthalate Free and are therefore fully environmentally friendly! Additional benefits are that Universal Opaque heat transfers can be applied over seams; can be embroidered over; can be dry cleaned and has a 100% stretch and soft handle.
Universal Metallic Digi-Prints provide a sensational metallic finish to all the colours in the design to create a visually stunning effect. It has also the properties of Universal Opaque, but in addition it also acts as a sublimation blocker, and can therefore be applied with confidence to sublimated fabrics and garments
Universal Sub-Block Digi-Prints were designed and have become the industry standard for subli-dyed sports branding. As with all the Universal products, it has all the properties of Universal Opaque but with the added bonus that the heat transfer system blocks dye sublimation and so is ideal for football and associated garments.
