The service assurance preventive maintenance kits for Stability Chambers/Climatic Chambers, offered by Osworld reach beyond the warranty! The Osworld Stability Chamber/Climatic Chamber preventive maintenance kits contain the service parts required for a scheduled maintenance, based on the recommended replacement intervals.
The ideal schedule for periodic maintenance is on a quarterly basis. Tough conditions such as high ambient temperatures or bad water quality can significantly shorten components life time and reduce maintenance and components replacement interval. It is suggested to exercise preventive maintenance more regularly if the conditions around equipment are improper or if the utilities are incorrect. If conditions and utilities provided are excellent then maintenance every six months is acceptable, however preventive checks can be conducted at a regular frequency.
The mean time between failures decreases after a number of years in operation. The main reason is component wear, but operating conditions also play a major role. Based on Osworld's experience we recommend replacement of certain components during preventive maintenance. Suggested components if not replaced at specified intervals could result in sudden equipment breakdown during normal operation. The parts replacement frequency recommended by Osworld is given in a schedule list with the kit.
The long list of benefits outweighs the cost of the preventive maintenance kits. The Osworld Stability Chamber preventive maintenance kit contains genuine service parts which are carefully selected and tested for the specific operating conditions. Replacing the parts on time increases the mean time between failures. With the spare parts of the same make as those in the parent equipment, the reliability is increased. This prevents unplanned shut downs while reducing the repair cost.
These kits are classified in to three categories- Basic Kit for 24 months, Regular Kit for 36 months, Advanced Kit for 60 months. The actual list of parts to be replaced will vary according to the equipment handling/use and the age of equipment.
